How Utah Fits All and Carson Smith fit
Utah Fits All pays $8,000 for a private-school student for 2026-27 at an approved school; home-based students receive $4,000 or $6,000 by age. Odyssey runs the program, and returning students, siblings and lower-income families are funded first when applications exceed the money.
We did not find The McGillis School on Odyssey's approved Utah Fits All Scholarship private-school list (Oct 2026). The list gives names only and is updated each spring, so ask the school whether it participates before you plan around the Utah Fits All award.
On Carson Smith school lists from: USBE Carson Smith eligible-school list (per each organization's published school list, Oct 2026). A child with an IEP could use a Carson Smith scholarship here instead of Utah Fits All, never both in the same year. Being on the list is not a promise of an award.
